The ZoomX Air Pod combo in the Alphafly 3 is unlike any other race shoe. The energy return is almost overwhelming at first — feels like the shoe is pushing you forward. Ran a 2:47 marathon in these. Fit is improved over the 2 — more secure without being tight.
